The details are nearly lifelike and I enjoy the abnormal expression, but there are plenty of things that could be worked upon. I assume that it's just a WIP considering one of her hands is simply an outline.
The broken neck comment is a little more harsh than criticism, but aba1 is right. Her head is rather unnaturally rotated. It looks like you drew two images: one of her body and one of her head and didn't photoshop them together just correctly enough. I would recommend you rotate her chest region a little bit more toward the camera.
I'd also like you to take into consideration the way she's grabbing her arm. For your homework, I would like you to try doing that and then grabbing it with your hand around. You'll notice that it is a lot more comfortable and probably more natural-looking if you see it in a mirror. It shouldn't be too hard to redraw that little detail.
